We work with computer shops, IT businesses and laptop dealers who need help with motherboard-level repairs. Send Archis Tech the board repairs you can't handle in-house — and keep the relationship with your customer.
Your customer stays your customer.
We work behind the scenes on these jobs. We don't contact your customer, we don't put our sticker on the machine, and the device goes back to you — not to them. You handle the quote, the relationship and the handover. We're the bench you don't have to employ.
What we take on
- No power — dead board, no rails
- Charging faults — USB-C, barrel jack, no charge light
- No display with a known-good screen
- Liquid damage and corrosion
- BIOS corruption, bad flash, EC faults
- Shorted rails and blown MOSFETs
- Damaged pads and lifted tracks
- Port replacement — USB, HDMI, DC jack
Mostly laptops, and mostly boards other people have already given up on. We also do console board work — PS5, PS4, Xbox and Switch — on the same basis.
How it works
Send us the board or the whole machine
Drop it off, or arrange a courier if you're outside Gqeberha. Tell us what the machine does and we'll take it from there — you don't need to have looked at the board yourself.
We diagnose and quote you a partner price
You get an actual diagnosis, not a guess. If it isn't economical to repair, we say so and tell you why, so you can give your customer a straight answer.
You approve, we repair, you collect
Nothing happens without your go-ahead. The device comes back to you, tested, and you hand it back to your customer yourself.
Partner pricing
Partner rates sit below our walk-in pricing, so there's margin in it for you on every board you send. The exact rate depends on the repair and on the volume you're sending — get in touch and we'll set it out properly rather than quote you a number off a web page.
There's no online diagnostic fee on partner work. You're invoiced for the job, not charged per booking.
